What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your account pauses — no charges, no data loss. Add a payment method and choose a plan to continue. We will email you 7 days before the trial ends.
Is my data private from other landlords?
Yes. Every landlord account is completely isolated. Your tenants, payments, and documents are only visible to you and the tenants you invite.
What is the 0.5% platform fee?
When a tenant pays rent online, we charge a small 0.5% platform fee on top of any Stripe processing fees. For a $1,000 rent payment: $5 platform fee + $0 ACH fee (or $29 card fee). Most landlords pass the card fee to tenants.
Can I import from Innago or another platform?
Yes. We have a direct Innago CSV import for expenses. Tenant data can be imported via CSV or entered during onboarding. We will help you migrate at no extra cost.
Is this only for South Carolina?
Right now yes — we are purpose-built for SC landlord law (27-40-710, 5-day grace, etc.). We plan to add NC and GA in 2025. If you are outside SC, contact us and we will let you know when your state is available.
